30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to initiate a return. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Return Conditions
- Product Condition: Items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
- Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom-made or personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale and not eligible for returns.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please email us at andrea.perez@craftncrumble.com. Do not ship items back before contacting us for approval. Any items sent back without prior communication may not be accepted.
Method & Fees
- Method: By mail only.
- Return Shipping Label: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and arranging shipment. We do not provide prepaid labels.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and handling.
Damages & Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect your items immediately. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please process a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
EU Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item remains in its new, unworn, and unused condition.
Refunds
- Inspection & Approval: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Processing Time: If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 days, minus the 20% restocking fee.
- Bank/Credit Card Delays: Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear on your statement.
